Must do restaurants for a 4 year old boy

Can anyone help out with a list of absolute Must Do's for a 4 year old boy? I'm already going to schedule a breakfast at Chef Mickey's.

Playhouse Disney Dine at Hollywood and Vine - characters from Little Einsteins and JoJo and Goliath - very fun

And, depending on your budget (and DDP becuase it's 2 credits), we had an absolute BLAST at Mickey's Backyard BBQ - they only do it 1 or 2 nights a week, and it's outside at Ft Wilderness, and it is only bbq food, but it was our most fun character experience last trip - my son still talks about it. We're going again in May.

ETA: I've also heard/read good things about O'hana if he likes Lilo and Stitch, but I've never been so can't really comment on it myself. I also forgot my son's favorite non-character restaurant - Rainforest Cafe. He loves animals and fishtanks.

Both Crystal Palace and the Hollywood and Vine with JoJo and Little Einsteins were great;both are buffets.

I guess in addition to Chef Mickey's I'll make ADR's for Crystal Palace and San Angel Inn. I chose the Mexican place because my son is a VERY picky eater. Pretty much just mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, and pasta with butter, and cheese quesadillas. This way he can get a break from the usual food. The atmosphere in there seems pretty cool too.

My oldest son is 4. His favorite character meal by far is Chef Mickey's. You get great characters (Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, among others) and the buffet has great options for picky eaters. Plus the monorail goes by above you as you eat. This is the only restaurant he requested for our trip.

He also likes Whispering Canyon Cafe for the pony rides and antics.

We are doing Ohana because he likes the coconut races.

We are also doing Sci Fi because I know he will love eating in a convertible car.

Pizza Planet (although it isn't like the one in the movie) is great for a toy story fan.

The Playhouse Disney character meal is good for little ones, although my 4 yr old didn't want to do it.

My boys love CM, Garden Grill, Ohana, 1900 PF for breakfast (Mad Hatter!), Hollywood & Vine Little Einstein's breakfast, WCC and Biergarten. The places with characters and activities, basically.

They hated Sci Fi, it's the only restaurant I misjudged - thought they'd love it and I was really wrong.

'Ohana for breakfast (Lilo & Stitch, Mickey & Pluto) is good, Sci Fi for lunch is fun, but it is dark in there. If he has issues maybe give him his own mini flashlight or one of the Disney light up spinners. The movie clips aren't in the least scary, just the old cheesy B movies and a Tom & Jerry cartoon.
