I remember reading threads about how Disney created a section of an old runway with rumble strips that played "Zip-a-dee-do-dah" when driven over. This website shows how it can be done when a Honda commercial was made in California.
Maybe there should be "Music Lanes" on more roads.

There was a reason Disney did it on an old runway. It would not be a great idea to do this in the real world with real cars in real traffic. It's bad enough when people are distracted while driving now.
