I have used the On Demand movies on the tv, but do they have music as well? 14 day PC Repo coming up and I foresee some verandah time with a good book or needlework and music. Does the Wonder have this? Or do I need my mini speaker for my iPod?

The TV has music on several channels, but you aren't supposed to leave the verandah door open.

Perhaps a nice set of headphones would be a better idea? How would you feel if the person just over the wall from you was playing music, especially music that you could not stand and you were trying to lay out on your deck and just hear the waves to relax? They are going to be your wall mates for 15 days...no need to make enemies.

Good point.

I don't think the Wonder has On Demand on the tv, and I don't remember any music channels. Our last cruise on the Wonder they did have channels, but each channel played some specific movie, and would just repeat at certain times (12, 2, 4, etc.). I never seemed to to be ready to watch one of these movies at the right time to see the beginning :-)

Please don't play music on your verandah. Many of us go out there to escape the hustle and bustle and noise from other passengers in the common areas.

The Wonder does not have the On Demand system like the Dream and Fantasy. If you're just looking for background music for listening, there are a couple of music video channels and there is background music played on some "visual" channels (the channel guide has a Disney music loop and the view from the bridge channel plays instrumental, for example).

They would like you to keep your verandah door closed at all times - leaving it open messes with the air conditioning.

I personally love the map itinerary channel on the TV. Loved turning it on when we returned to the cabin and when we went to sleep as background light like a nightlight. If I'm not mistaken, it had background instrumental soft music.

This. We usually leave it on the map or the bow cam all night so the soft music plays and we can see where we are when we wake up.
