I'm going with them this time. Never have before so if anyone can offer any info on their service I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I too just booked them for our Feb. trip. Their price was about $15 less. Plus, there were a couple of things on their website that appealed to me personally. I've read a lot of good reviews of their service.

We've used them on our last two trips, and they were absolutley wonderful in every way. We will definately use them again in the future. We were very, very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and just their overall attitutude.

Wow! Thanks, sounds like a made a good decision.

I just returned from my trip to WDW and uses Murray Hill. I will never use them again! I also had been quoted a lower price when I booked, but when I went to pay the driver, Lucas, he said no the price was $5 more, I told him I had a $5 off coupon and he said that he couldn't take that off. This upset me, but I let it go, I had just flown all day and was tired. I thought I'm not going to argue, especially since Lucas didn't speak English very well. I decided since he had been a little rude about the whole price thing and acted upset when I wanted to pay with my credit card, that I was only going to tip him $5. I put the town car round trip on my card and just handed him a folded up $5. My son and I were almost inside our resort when he started yelling at me that I hadn't tipped him enough and didn't I understand that was how he made his living?... I was really upset at this. I have always felt a tip was a way of showing appreciation of good service. I wasn't happy with his and I still felt a $5 tip was fare for one way...He informed me that I should tip 10 to 15% of the "whole" amount coming and going. So if that is the case if I tipped the 15% the driver would actually be getting 30% of the total price. Since I had to rely on them to get me back to the airport at the end of my stay I asked him if a $10 would be better and he said it would, so I made him give me back my $5 and I gave him a $10.

I will give them credit, he was at the airport waiting for me on time. Holding up a "custom sign" made from a white sheet of paper with my name written in black felt marker. The trip to our resort was stressful since he had the radio on a latin station so loud that when I did try to ask him a question it was hard for me to hear as well as his english was not good. I only understood a few words of what he was saying.
This was not a good start to my wonderful vaction that I had been planning and saving for such a long time. I tried to let it go and keep telling myself....you're at Disney World! It wasn't the fact I didn't have the money to pay the extra it was the idea of it. and then for him to yell at me and run over to chase me down to get more of a tip....that really made me upset.
I was really worried about my trip back to the airport if he would show up. As it turns out he didn't. A nice driver from another company came to pick us up. I guess they did do what we paid them to do and that is to take us to and from the airport. But, I felt it put a damper on our "Magic". I had gone with a towncar in the first place to do away with stress. I am not sure if I will do that again. I might just take a cab next time.... :( :(

Doesn't their website say "money-back guarantee?" Did you call them & complain? If you didn't, you should. When bad service is not reported, it will happen again. I just got an e-mail confirmation from MH that states my price. I WILL NOT pay more than I was quoted. Did you show the driver proof of your quote? If not, why not? I also WILL NOT pay 15-20% BOTH WAYS!!! I pay towncar drivers 15% of half the total. I've usually had a different driver each way.

I agree, I would definately call and get this worked out. My reservation also states very clearly $80 round-trip. I have budgeted $100 for the whole thing. $10 tip to the driver each way. If one ever ran me down asking for more after terrible service I would not give another dime. You really need to get this taken care of. If you do, please post and let us know how it all turned out.
