They seem to have the best price for towncar service from Orlando airport to resort Anyone have any trouble with them?

We used them for the first time in May and we LOVED them! Their communication and helpfulness before the trip was the best of any towncar company we have tried - which has been pretty much all of them! We made tons of changes and they were so great about everything. They were always right on time, nice clean car, friendly and professional drivers, had a good carseat for DS, easy grocery stop, - I could go on and on about these guys. They even went through the McDonald's drive through on the way back to the airport to get some french fries for our starving one year old. They really were absolutely great in every way! We are using them again in December and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to my DIS friends.

I second that. I had wonderful service with them! They are a husband and wife team. We chatted all the way to Royal Pacific.

What's the cost? Do they include a grocery stop?

I believe I paid $40 to the Royal Pacific. I only needed it one-way because I ended up renting a car.

We had a free grocery stop, and he had a card with all the items in each isle listed on it.

He even offered to drive me to pick up a New York Style pizza

I just booked with them yesterday for our Oct. trip. I was surprised with the price because there website said $90 but the price on the phone was $80. Round trip to Pop Century w/ a 30 min. store stop, personalized sign "MICKEY AND MINNIE ARE WAITING FOR DEONNA AND MASON" and a stop for a picture at the entrance to WDW.

I booked with them yesterday too, but via internet. Thought price would be $80 but got email confirmation saying it's $90. I guess the CS is considered Animal kingdom. I thought it would fall under all other Disney Resorts. Still, they are cheaper then the other two recommended ground transportation companies.
