Hi All ~ I used these guys for the first time and I was real impressed! My driver, Bob, met us right at the elevator before luggage and we were off! The service was timely and efficient. I even gave Bob the full tip for round trip and he made sure he was the one to pick us up! Real class!!!

Is this a new transportation company? Was he medium build, brown hair, kind of quiet? Did he used to work for another tranportation company? Do you have the number?

Gald to hear this as we booked them for our trip in August. I picked them because they were the only company that answered my e-mail of questions. Fla tours and Tiffany never answered my e-mail.

I used Murray Hill this past January. I was very impressed with the service my family and I received, and the cost of our towncar transfer was less than most other companies. Glad to hear that others are using this company too.

We used them in May and were thrilled with their customer service before our arrival and while we were there. Definately a top notch company!

Thanks for the information. I booked this company for my January 2005 trip and was wondering if they were decent. I have used another service on my last 4 trips, but that company has since been banned from this board and I will admit, my service from that banned company was horrible in November 2003.

So- good to hear there is another good service out there. I look forward to trying them. Now if I can just wait until January 2005! I am trying to convince hubby to go in August so I don't have severe withdrawals!
