Just returned yesterday from WDW. Used Murray Hill for our town car service and have to say they were just so-so. First of all, DH and I were originally planning to travel together, but one month before our trip, he found out he would have to be in Chicago for business, so I flew down alone and he came the next day. When I arrived in the baggage claim, no driver to be found. I went to the luggage carosel, found my bag, but still couldn't find my driver. Walked back to the escalators to see if he was there. No. So I called Murray Hill, and she radioed the driver. He did show up shortly, and said he had been looking for me near the baggage carosel, but I certainly didn't see him. DH had a similar experience the next day. Had to call Murray Hill to locate his driver. (A different driver than the one I had.)
When my driver dropped me off he said a driver would be at our hotel to pick us up at 11:00. When there was no driver there at 11:00, DH called. John told him that our driver would be there in 8-10 minutes. (In the past with other car services, the driver has been waiting for us when we walked outside.) In the meantime, we struck up a conversation with a woman and her son who were also waiting for a driver. We discovered that we were going to be on the same flight leaving MCO. When our driver arrived (a 3rd driver....different than either DH or I had had before) she was still waiting and we parted with the words "See you at the airport." When we walked into the airport, there she was! She had all ready checked in at the desk, checked her bags, and was on her way to the gate! She couldn't believe that she had made it to the airport before we did, and frankly, neither could we! All we can figure is that her driver must have taken a short route and our driver took the scenic route. Don't think we will be using Murray Hill again.
We have now used three different town car companies: Murray Hill, FL Tours, and Your Ride. Strangely enough, we got the best service from the last one.
