Murphy Beds or pull-out sofas in Villas?

Are there murphy beds or pull-out sofas in the living rooms of the Villas? Specifically SSR which is my home resort? If they are sofas, are they really uncomfortable like most sofas are?

Sofa beds, and they are the nice new comfortable ones that don't have the bar across them.
