Congrats to Scdak for becoming the first team member to achieve 50% and Swedish Chef Purple!
Origins of the Swedish Chef:
According to Brian Henson in one of his introductions for The Muppet Show, "Jim Henson had this tape that he used to play which was 'How to Speak Mock Swedish'. And he used to drive to work and I used to ride with him a lot. And he would drive to work trying to make a chicken sandwich in Mock Swedish or make a turkey casserole in Mock Swedish. It was the most ridiculous thing you had ever seen. And people at traffic lights used to stop and sort of look at him a little crazy. But that was the roots of the character that would eventually become the Swedish Chef"

Also Princessbee and I, Saphire5742 have reached Gonzo Blue!
Another blue Muppet character is Sam the Eagle, the self appointed "moral center" of the Muppet universe. Sam is appalled by the nonsense that passes for entertainment on the series and does his best to keep things in check, even though his pleas for an end to madness are usually ignored. He would, in fact, like to concern himself with the morals of the entire world, but "regrets that it takes all his time and energy just to keep up with The Muppet Show."
Congrats to Sophy1996 for reaching Fozzie Bear Orange!
Scooter, also a main character, is an orange muppet (who I completely forgot about before). He serves as the general aide and gopher backstage. He was originally hired because his uncle J. P. Grosse owns the Muppet Theater, but has proven himself though his efficiency. Richard Hunt based the character's voice and personality on how he remembered himself from his youth. Following the death of Richard Hunt, Scooter would not have a consistent performer for 16 years until David Rudman took over.
Although his primary role is backstage, Scooter has also appeared on stage a few times. Here's a clip of him and Fozzie:
385 minutes since last check in - a good chunk of that was spent catching, grooming, and blanketing lots of horses due to freezing rain and possible snow tonight. Active minutes that involve horses are my favorite kind!
