Muppet Mayhem March Exercise Challenge

    Welcome old friends and new to the March Exercise Challenge. This month is devoted to all things Muppets.

    Here's how it works:

    1) Choose a monthly goal in minutes.

    Since March has 31 days here are some popular conversions, but it can be any other number you choose.

    10 min/day - 310
    15 min/day - 465
    20 min/day - 620
    30 min/day - 930
    40 min/day - 1240
    45 min/day - 1395
    60 min/day - 1860

    2) Post your active minutes towards that goal. You get to decide what exercise counts towards that goal. It can be anything you like.

    The most fun and motivating part of these challenges are the
    :rainbow:Color Changes:rainbow:
    as you get closer to your goal.

    10% of goal: Gonzo Blue
    25% of goal: Fozzie Bear Orange
    50% of goal: Swedish Chef Purple
    (for lack of any purple characters, I chose this one simply because I love food :cutie:)
    75% of goal: Miss Piggy Pink
    90% of goal: Animal Red
    100% of goal: Kermit the Frog WISH Green


    If you're discovering this later in the month feel free to join in as well.

    This month I'll go for 1240 minutes.

    I'm baaaaack! Feeling much better, have been working out carefully for 20-30 minutes since last week. Today was my first hour and it went well. So count me in for 1000 minutes :)

    Oh my gosh, I'm going to LOVE this topic!!!! Yay, Muppets! Count me in for 800 minutes, please. I barely made my goal last month due to bronchitis and asthma flare ups, and I'm still recovering so I'm going to make it easier on myself this month. Thanks for hosting, Saphire5742!
