For anyone who has played the game aboard the Disney Fantasy, how much fun would this game be for 6 adult women and how long would it take to complete? TIA

I did it with my kids. They had a blast and I think I even had more fun!! We had a strict no elevators rule with the game.....so we got a LOT of exercise! Helped work off all the food! I think a group of ladies would really have fun with it...especially with bar stops in between! You can take as long as you want...even waiting a few days in between..it saves the game on your badge. If you were doing it no stop....depending on how fast you move through the ship...I would guess maybe 2 hours from start to finish. That is a best guess though. Depends on how many other people are playing at the time. You may have to wait for them to finish using the picture first. You may have to spend longer moving through the ship depending on the time of day.... Grab a badge, your "notepad" and follow your clues!! Have fun!! Great excercise, great fun and a great way to really learn the ship!

I have to ask so if you were in a wheel chair you could not play then?

I think the no elevator rule was a family rule. Wheelchairs should be able to access everything via elevator.

Is the detective game included? Or do you have to bye something to play? That have something like this at greatwolfe and it costs about $30.

The detective game is included! There are 3 different mysteries. The Muppet one takes the longest. It is a real fun time for any age!

The Detective game is free.... you can get started on Deck 5 with your badge and notebook...there is a computer area that you scan your badge and it gets you started. You just have to wait in line with the other passengers to get started. It was usually no more than a 5 minute wait for us. Once again, it is free, un-manned station. You just pick up the paper badge card and the map/notebook thing and a pencil. The computer will get you started on the rest and what you need to know.

The no elevator rule was just a family rule for us. Not a rule of the game. Should have made that more clear, I guess. You can travel around the ship however you choose and what meets your needs. Since we were all blessed to have the physical agility to be able to take the stairs, we made that OUR OWN rule of the game. With all the buffets and ice cream it was a must do for our family.

My DH and I started the game one night after dinner. It was a great way to see the ship and walk off all that good food! It took us a couple of days to finish, but we didn't rush through it. It's self-paced so you can take as long as you want to do it.

DH and I did the Detective game. We did it later at night when most of the kids were done for the day. We had a great time and did a couple of bar stops too!
