'Munching Around the World' - Suggestions Please??

This Jan. wifey and I want to take our afternoon break in Epcot at a different country each day. We like sampling some light fare in a country's sit-down restaurant and have a brew or three. We'd like suggestions as to which restaurants in each country would fit the bill and what appetizer sized item we could order that would be typical of that country. We're not looking for a full meal.
We're good with the Rose & Crown, Mexico & Norway. We've never done Canada but I'm thinking some Cheese Soup and Labatts there. As for the others, I'm clueless. What light item should we try in each country in a non-counter service atmosphere, and what beer?

Germany: Bratwurst and Lowenbrau from Sommerfest. Yes, counter-type place, but worth it not to pay the buffet price.

France: Chefs de France. French onion soup and Biere Française.

Japan: Matsunoma Lounge. Sushi or Tempura with Kirin Ichiban Beer

Morocco: Restaurant Marrakesh. Chicken Bastilla with Casablanca Beer

China: Nine Dragons. Dim Sum and Tsingtsao Beer or Yanjing Beer

You are dead on with Canada, and I am at a loss for an appetizer/beer combo at Italy (not sure I've ever seen beer served there)

All we have tried was the German and liked the sit down there.It was family style in that you had to sit with another family, but the people we ate with were nice but didn't get too overly talkative. Also Marrakesh- no wait, but not as big a fan of the food. The kids were nuts there, so hard to enjoy because of them.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I've got my choices for all but Italy, and I think I'll just tell the CM there what we have in mind and order what he/she recommends.

Bill, Try the smoked ham sandwhich on warm pretzel bread in Germany! Yes, it's counter service but it may be fun! You can sit outside and people watch with a German beer! Have a great time!
