help please.
we are leaving for universal in 6 days and i still can't decide if i can/should go on the mummy ride. can someone please send me the link to the actual ride. i know it's out there somewhere but i can't find it.
fyi....i can do thunder mountain, and even did space mountain once, but screamed the whole time. hulk??? forget it.
thanks

this is a preview of the ride directly from the universal site:

this is a recreation of the ride made on roller coaster tycoon. it's lengthy, but fun too watch. keep in mind that this isn't exactly like the ride, but it can give you a good idea of what type of ride to expect (not the first part though):

i will continue to look for a full length movie of the ride.

If you can handle Space Mountain then you can handle Mummy. The first 90 seconds are a slow ride and the last 90 seconds are pure terror. ;)

I bet I rode it 20 times last week. It is sooo much fun. I like the HUlk as the best coaster , but this has got to be the most fun, coolest, overall most stupendous ride!

did your boyfriend have a good trip? ;)

ok phamton. i am going to do this. think of me next sunday guys, if you hear screaming......you'll all know i went through with it. thanks for everyones help.
(did i mention i screamed on spider man until my son kept yelling to me that we weren't really falling!!)

Hannymom, you will do find. The coaster part is only 90 seconds which is broken up into two parts. The ride starts out slow and then has about a 30 second coaster part and then slows down again and then does a final coaster part that lasts less than a minute. And it doesn't go upside down. You can survive 90 seconds. My sister hates coasters and loved the Mummy. I couldn't get her on either Space Mountain or BTMRR.

i actually told my kids i would pay them $20 each if i came home without experiencing the mummy. i am too cheap to be out $60 so looks like there is no turning back now....wish me luck!!
