i have identical twin boys(9yrs). they have always been very close, that is until about 2months ago, now they just dont seem to like each other anymore: one moreso than the other confused3 anyone been through this, please tell me this is a phase

I would venture to say it's a phase. My twins are 10,10,6 and 6 and both sets go back and forth from best buds and not.

I am so sorry about your twin problem. I can't help either. My twins turn 4 next month. They are the best of friends. I Don't know how to help. Maybe takl to them one on one to see what the problem is maybe it's something simple.

Yep...Don't know...Mine are 2 (fraternal B/G) and are like OIL and WATER...

If they are like within 2 feet of eachother they are INSATNTLY annoyed...

But I would imagine it's just them growing up and into their OWN personalities. They've always been the TWINS right? Maybe they want to just seperate themselves a little bit and be _________ and __________.
It's probably the only way they can figure out how to do it.

I know other moms of twins well onlinemoms who say their twinshave faught since birth. Could not be in the same bed together sit next to eactother. I wouldn't know how to deal with that. They do how ever get oil/water with their older sister. So maybe that keeps them close. Who knows. My twins are def a learning experiance.

I would say that it is more of a phase. Like all phases, they will come and go. I can't say that I have seen either set of my twins (ds9, ds9, dd6, ds6) go through this. They without a doubt have their moments throughout the day. But, in the end they really are the best of friends.

my DDs are 10 and definitely went through this phase last year.
