Yeah nice to see you back the photos of the parade are amazing (as always!). The expressions on the CMs faces are perfect and totally sum up the Disney Magic. I skipped through the mine train photos, I've just booked our trip for next Easter and am trying really hard to avoid all photos or mention of the train because I want it to be all new and a surprise when we see in it "real life". I'm sure your photos of it were great though lol xx

March 21st (part 1): FoF with da Frump part one

We got to the TTC and since it was a weekday and the monorail was under refurb during the day, we took the ferry, which stunk. I don’t know why express was down but it is the monorail aka what else is new.

I had been tweeting Kristen aka Disney_frump and we were planning on meeting up to watch FoF. We got into the park and she had just sat down at the end of Main St. We walked over and claimed our spots right next to her. It was great to talk to her and she just loved the parade, but who wouldn’t?! Let’s be real now.

While I chatted with Kristen and her sister, Mum went to get some corn dog nuggets and fries to split and she came back and spilled all of them. Barbara, aka one of the best CMs evah came over and asked what happened. She got another CM to bring moi down and get another cup of corn dog nuggets YAY! And we got to skip the wicked long line so DOUBLE YAY!

Pretty soon, it was parade time!

March 21st (part 2): FoF with da Frump part two

After the parade got over, we said bye to Kristen and then went to Auntie Gravity’s to get an ice cream. It was insane in there, but it was well worth it of course.

After that we had to leave because we were going to volunteer at Give Kids the World. It was a lot of fun ​

The first course was tea sandwiches. This included cucumber, salmon, egg salad, curry chicken, and we don’t know what the last one was. I cannot find it anywhere online at all. If someone could PLEASE tell moi what in god’s name it is, I will love you forever. I tried it and still had no clue. Our waitress told us but she said it wicked fast so yeah. (it is the one on the far left). It also came with an onion tart thing.

March 22nd: FOOD COMA TIME

We parked at DTD even though oh my god. It has gotten a lot worse and plus, they have valet parking over on Marketplace which is ridiculous but whatever. No wonder we never go there.

We got tickets at AMC for Muppets: Most Wanted.

Thoughts on the movie: it was ok. I love the Muppets but the first one was much better. The plot for the sequel was a little boring. And the songs didn’t live up to the first one. All in all, it was decent.

After the movie got over, we drove over to the TTC and walked over to the Poly.

Besides all of the construction and disaster at the Poly, that is a nice walk over from the TTC. It only took about 5 minutes or so to get to the Great Ceremonial House.

Our destination was the Tambu Lounge because of reasons.

We found some seats and waited for someone to come over. That is the only bad thing about the Tambu Lounge. The service is VERY slow, but it is worth it.

We started off with the pork sliders. These things were yummay.

We also split the wings. Noms.

And now, for the main reason we came to the Tambu Lounge.

BREAD PUDDING FTW!

Now, one serving of the bread pudding is five bucks. If you eat appetizers and crap like we did, you will be full already (I would think), and the bread pudding, caramel sauce, and ice cream, is a lot, at least for moi, and I can eat. I would say the serving size of this is about the size of a little smaller than a softball. I don’t know what else to compare it to. But it is very filling and SO worth it.

After we paid and rolled ourselves out of there, we took the monorail to MK. And that trip lasted about a minute.

Mum had an interview for one of those survey people and we just wanted to see if any were out at that time (it was about 9:30) just to get an idea for how late they work and stuff. None were out so we just left the park.

We walked in, looked around, and walked out. #dislife

Then we took the monorail back to the TTC and drove on home.​

March 29th (part 1): Caught in a "tornado" at Epcot

We got to Epcot and admired all of the newly planted flowers. They do a great job of keeping up with them and planting new ones.

We looked around in Mouse Gear for a few and I did some pin trading.

We headed into World Showcase and all of a sudden, it started pouring. The news said that it was just going to rain for a little bit but this was a full on monsoon. And then we started getting alerts for a tornado watch. So we ducked into China and got some food at Lotus Blossom. Don’t ask.

Sorry for the crap picture but I wasn’t really worrying about that right then.

Of course, our table was right next to the window and the wind kept blowing all of the rain in. We were having a lot of fun.

We were stuck there for about an hour. The lightning and rain was horrible and we really didn’t feel like going outside at that moment.

After the rain started slowing down, we walked to Germany to look around.

I also saw this new pin set there for the first time and I died. And I am sorry, but all of the CMs have these pins so don’t go and buy this. I have them all now and traded for every single one.

We moved on and browsed around the counties and stuff.

Then we went to the butterfly house. Not many butterflies were out but flowers after it has rained >>>>

We went to the Land and lived it up with the land for a few.

We walked back to WS and just walked around.

We found these baby ducks in America. And we found Kyle, the best CM evah, so we talked to him.

We walked around Canada for a while because I love the waterfalls.

Because of the rain, all of the playgrounds weren’t open so it was awesome for picture taking.

Love this so much.

Perfection.

Then all of a sudden, I was craving a burger from Cosmic Rays so we took the monorail to the TTC and then took express to MK.

What is my life. Oh yeah. The #dislife.

Worth it.

March 29th (part 2): That time I fainted in the Magic Kingdom

After we ate, we walked over to 7DMT to check out the progress and stuff.

It is insane for me to look at these now because I have been on it of course. Duh.

And then all of a sudden, I started jumping up and down. Like, my feet were off of the ground and I was FREAKING OUT.

Why?

It was my first time seeing them test a train.

That is the only pic I have because I was just about dead.

People started looking and do you think I cared? No. I had FINALLY seen a car testing and my life was made.

I was hoping they were going to test more so we made our way to the back of the ride.

Sadly, we stood there for about 15 minutes and they didn’t send another car through. But at least I got to see one! And I practically fainted so there’s that.

But can we talk about this sunset.

We made our way out of the park at that point.

And btw here is a bad pic of Hub construction. Beautiful, I know.

We took the monorail back to Epcot and made our way home.​

April 5th (part 1): Idk what to name this because FoF part 1

We got to MK and got some lunch at the Tomorrowland Terrace. Since it is open all of the time now for the most part and we had never been before, we decided to give it a shot.

We both got the chicken club sandwich thing and I was very impressed. Good quality for QS.

We had a FP right after we ate so we headed over to Frontierland.

Had to stop for pins first though at the mercantile.

Why didn’t I buy this.

BTMR FTW.

After we got off, we headed to Main Street to get a spot for FoF. Yes, more parade pictures. Deal with it.

Now, I am very proud of these pictures. I had so much character interaction on this day that it is ridiculous. So many performers came right up to me and that led to moi dying. Enjoy these pictures and my ridiculous commentary.

April 5th (part 3): Relaxing in the Kingdom

Can you not

After the parade got over, we walked to Fantasyland and stopped by Punzie’s Pee Pee Station on zee way.

Of course we went to Gaston’s so I could get a Le Fou’s Brew. What else is new.

We just walked around the park for a little bit. Taking in the sights.

Yes, this sight.

And then we just chilled on East Street for the longest time. We found a spot in the back and listened to the dance and singing lessons. It was actually perfect.

We had a FP to use at the Jungle Cruise so we walked on over to Adventureland.

We had a decent skipper. Nothing memorable or anything.

After we got off, we walked through Liberty Square and then to Fantasyland.

We had a FP for Peter Pan’s Flight so we got in line and then flew over Neverland.

After we got off, we headed to Main Street.

We decided to take the boat over to the Poly and then we were gonna take the monorail to the G Flo.

We stopped at Captain Cook’s for dinner. We both got the noodles and they were fantastic. Loved the little crunchy things on top.
