Just wanting to get some feedback if this idea is possible.

I will be going on my first Disney Cruise later this week (Disney Wonder) and already am planning our next one.

On this cruise it will be just myself and my husband.

We know that we are planning to have 2 rooms on our next one with our niece joining us and my parents.

Would we be able to book 2 placeholders for this next cruise to book the 2 separate rooms? I know we would need to be attached to the reservation but we plan to only be in one of the 2 rooms on that same cruise.

Yes, on your first cruise, you can book 2 placeholder reservations to be used on the same future cruise. Someone from the first cruise must be in one of the rooms using the discount. When you book 2 rooms with one placeholder booking for the future cruise, you will need to call DCL — you won’t be able to do the booking entirely online (as of now).
