Multiple Vehicles at Site

Hi there.
When camping I typically drive + sleep in the same vehicle (1967 VW bus). California is the only state that recognizes one of these as an RV. But, it does have a factory installed bed + closet in the back.

I am aware that FW allows “One camping vehicle and one car per site”.

Just trying to determine if I will be able to park two buses on one site. There will be no more than 4 adults staying on the site. One bus on the pad, one on the tarmac.

Anyone have any experience with this??

I would call Disney and ask but as you can tell it is somewhat of a confusing topic to explain.

Thanks

Is it the type that the roof pops up?

One of them has a full roof pop-up.

Mine only has a small pop-up (2 x 3) basically enough to stand while changing.

as long as you are parked on the pad or sand area and not in the street it won't be a problem. If you get a wheel on the grass they will come by and ask you to move it. At check in Disney will give you 2 ID print outs 1 for the camping unit with the full popup and 1 for your car/van (understand ?) I have seen this many times at Disney but with conversion vans.

Agreed with Pirate-Jeff, I've seen this setup a few times at the Fort, you shouldn't have a problem.

If the roof pops up it should be pretty clear its a camper.

Not always.

The usual response I get is surprise that it is still on the road.

Does not occur to people that there is a bed in the back.

"Of course it's on the road. It's much easier to push on asphalt."

:)
