I have read the FAQs and I ~think~ that this should work without any hiccups but I would appreciate any feedback in case anyone sees a potential problem that I am not aware of.

We are doing a split stay at GF and the Swan. (GF first then moving to Swan) The reservations are room only and I am purchasing tickets through a 3rd party. We are staying 3 nights at GF and 3 nights at the Swan and plan to go to the parks for 6 days. Each person in our party has a complimentary 1 day MYW tickets with hopping that i plan on adding to MDE. I plan on purchasing 5 day MYW with hopping for each of us. So we should all have 6 days available but on multiple tickets.

Will this in anyway cause us trouble with booking 6 days of FPs when our window opens? How about when we go to use the tickets at the parks? I would think it should be transparent to us and won't matter which ticket is used for which day, but I'm just making sure and trying to think of any scenario that could cause a hiccup...

Also, I haven't actually booked our Swan reservation yet. Do I have to have that in place in our MDE to book all 6 days of FPs or is our 3 night GF reservation enough to book all 6 days? And lastly I believe that we can use our magic bands that we will receive for our GF stay for the duration of our trip, correct?

No, you’ll be fine.

No, you’ll be fine because all ticket entitlements are park hoppers.

Yes - to open the booking window for all 6 days, you need to have Swan linked to your MDX account and with everyone’s name listed in the reservation.

Your MagicBands will function for all 6 days and for future trips. They provide the link to all data in your MDX account.

How many people (and 1-day tickets) are in your party?

You might be better off by buying a six day ticket for most people and assigning all the 1-day tickets to a single person. Do the math; you’ll likely pay less that way.

Hmmm.... that is an interesting idea. We have four people in our party. We received four comp tickets after we were unable to use the last day of our tickets in Oct 2016 when the parks closed due to Hurricane Matthew. I had just assumed that they each needed to be used by the person that originally held the ticket, but perhaps that is not the case? I have a Ticket order id # given to me by guest services that I can link to my MDE account but haven't done it yet because I was unsure of the best way to use them, so I'm not sure exactly what they "look" like, other than I was told that they do not expire. One of the people in our party is a child and I'm not sure if one of them may be a child ticket?
