So I have multiple one day tickets from previous trips that are unused. I also have tickets for two packages that I have this August. How do I make sure the right tickets are being used when entering the parks? I don't want to use the one day tickets yet. Is there a way to make sure that the tickets that are attached to the package are being used and not the one day tickets?
Thanks

Our package tickets were used automatically last week, but I wanted to make sure as they were base tix & I have hopper tix in MDE also so I stopped by GS on the way out of our first park & the CM was able to confirm which ones were used.

Add on some new people to your MDE account (nicknames, person #1, #2 etc.) and reassign the one day tickets to them. The tickets will be safe with these new people who don't have MagicBands. When you are ready to use the tickets, reassign them to the correct "original" people.

I had an old ticket with one day left and added it on in the middle of our trip after being in Epcot for the day. Unbeknownst to me, the additional day was used when we re-entered Epcot that evening. It wasn't till the last day when I couldn't enter the park that I had to go to GR and discovered what happened. Thankfully he could see what had happened and worked everything out. Bottom line, I would check double check with GR once you start using the bands.

Imagine tickets as standing in a queue line. They will be used in that order. Guest Relations can fix your order but always check before leaving as PP showed example of what can happen.

Like the reassign idea though.

Go to guest relations before entering a park and have them make the ticket you want to use as your primary and the others secondary.

Thanks for the responses. I will reassign the tickets but also check with GR before entering to make sure the right package tickets are being used prior to entering the parks for the first time.

Reassigning the tickets so they are no longer assigned to you but to someone else in your MDE, who does not have a MagicBand linked to them, means you do not have to wait in line at Guest Relations.

The PP who suggest Guest Relations are not addressing the fact that reassigned tickets cannot be used by you. If a ticket is not assigned to you, you do not have to spend time at Guest Relations for no reason at all.

Thanks! This will save me time!

This sounds like a good idea. I bought a couple tickets to lock in the 2014 price, but have not added them to the MDE. So to make sure I am clear I can set up myself with the ticket I want to use then set up me2 for an extra ticket2 and me3 for an extra ticket3. Then after I use up my current ticket I can reassign extra ticket2 or extra ticket3 to myself.
