Multiple rooms ? How many MB?

My DD has three room ressies all at Kidani. Will her bands be synced to all rooms or will she need 3 bands. I am foreseeing problems. The first two nights she will have her own villa, the next two she is moving into the GV and the last three is will have her own villa. Fingers crossed the WL comes thru!

She will have 3 MagicBands AND (in theory) be able to use them to enter all rooms. Each room reservation is unique and, by default, MagicBands are issued for every reservation. It's not much different than with the old plastic Key to the World cards--she would have had 3 sets of key cards issued for three reservations.

However, all of the reservations should be linked to her one MyDisneyExperience account. If done properly, all of the MagicBands she is issued should open doors at ALL of the rooms. She can customize the MagicBands so that she has multiple colors and wear them interchangeably. Or she can decline bands for 2 of the 3 reservations if she just wishes to use one band the entire time.

Thanks. She has 6 people on her ressie. 18 bands! I think she may decline the extras.

Unless there's a glitch, there's no need to assume there will be problems. And if there's a glitch, it could glitch on the ONE band she orders each person just as easily as it glitches on the third band she might customize for a person. Either way, she'd get to have it fixed.

As long as there's no overlap in the reservations, it should be fine.
