Multiple room package

For a group of 5, can you book a package online which includes 2 rooms(Pop Century)? Or do you have to book a separate package for each room(1 for 2 people and the other with 3)? Thanks

You have to book each room separate.
There is a way to connect the 2 reservations when you book, watch for the prompt on the booking screen
And you can call to tell them you have connecting reservations.

For your group of 5 you can book both room packages under a single reservation if you call vs ordering online.

Online is one Room/Package per reservation.

Richie is right. Disney's reservation system has too many pitfalls when you take into consideration being able to manage all participants dining reservations, ride reservations etc..... save yourself a lot of time and anguish by letting them do it for you. Unfortunately it most likely comes with a lot of hold time.
