I need help figuring out how to manage and make room requests for my upcoming trip. I currently have three reservations under my name with the same travel party and at the same resort.
11/24 - One night, room-only reservation
11/25-12/2 - Free Dining Package
11/25-12/2 - Room-only reservation
I'm traveling with my sister, niece, and daughter. I have the 11/24 room-only because the FD promo wasn't available for that arrival date. Initially, I planned for the four of us to stay in one room when I booked the FD promo. Then, it started to sound worth the extra cost to have a second room, since we're staying at a value resort with the smaller space and beds. Since we're all sharing a room the first night, I'm not going to do anything about trying to keep that room for the remainder of the trip (not even sure that's a possibility).
But, what do I do the morning of 11/25? Just pack up and bring our luggage to Bell Services? Do I need to do online check-in the morning of 11/25 in order to activate our tickets and dining credits? How early on 11/25 will I have access to the tickets and dining credits? Since the two 11/25-12/2 reservations are separate with different confirmation numbers, how do I go about making a request for connecting rooms? Will Disney even let me check into two rooms under my name?
I appreciate any advice given!
