I almost did years ago, but then saw a clause that a full offer would obligate to the commission and I was just worried that I’d get two at the same time and end up with both!
I don’t know if terms are the same now. I’d ask the brokers you are considering using.
I've seen the same contract listed with multiple brokers, so I know people do it. I've read about the full offer/commission issue mentioned, as well, and was concerned about the same thing. Best to check with your agency first.
My broker that I bought my last contract with said that it's fairly common to list with multiple brokers, especially if you think it might take a bit longer to find a buyer (large point contract, stripped, priced higher, etc.). I guess as long as you are quick to notify other brokers of an accepted offer, you are probably fine.
