Multiple requests with CBR reservation?

Sorry this may be long.

I have a reservation and for my second room they told me I had to put my daughter who is 19 on the reservation. I know we can sleep however once we get there but there is currently a reservation with my husband myself and two kids and then a second one with my oldest and second oldest on it.

I currently have a request for rooms connecting with a door. I was told not to ask for multiple things in my reservation because the system can't distinguish what you want as a priority.

I was considering asking for a location that is not preferred but closer to main pool without paying for preferred or should I stick with my single request to just try to get the door?

Lastly my parents hve been guaranteed a room with a view of the water so will they probably not be near us no matter what? My promo is he free dining so not why they got.

If your priority is connecting rooms, make it your only request. If you will be okay without connecting rooms, you can add a location, but beware that one or the other may not be met.

In regards to your parents, if water view is their gaurantee, you may not be near them. If you pay standard you might be in the same area, but facing a different view, but again, you may not.

I do nto know if you can ask the CM to add notes if you call, but it is worth a try.

We go with a party of 7, two rooms each year. Every year I have requested connecting rooms and other requests. We have always gotten the connecting rooms and sometimes the other requests too. We just stayed at CBR last month. We had a one night only that was water view and then 14 night package standard view. I requested connecting rooms, a murphy bed in one room and then Jamaica 45. I also sent a fax explaining that the connecting rooms and murphy bed were the biggest priority. We got Aruba 51 our first night and Jamaica 44 for the package. I don't think it hurts to put a location request in as well. Since your parents have water view, they could be in any village except Trinidad South (Pirates). You could all request Jamaica 45, and then hopefully be in the same building. You can call disney and have your reservations noted as traveling together to help get them in a close location. If you do not get what you want, you can always ask at check in to see what else is available.

I would request what is most important to you and leave it at that. You can link your parents' reservation to yours by calling in with both reservation numbers. They will try to put you near each other if possible. Usually there are a mix of room types within the same building, you may just be on the opposite side.
