Multiple parks same day

I was wondering if anyone knew if you could visit multiple parks on the same day, just using two days of your one park, one day ticket? Example is you want to take the kids to animal kingdom and then have grandparents watch the kiddos and adults go to EPCOT for food and wine in the evening I know Pre-Covid you could do this but don’t know if it’s possible now. TIA we would have a 6 day ticket. Therefore using two days in one day for 2 parks

You never could do that and still cannot. Though your question is a bit confusing.

If you have “one park, one day ticket” then you only have one day on your ticket and, therefore, couldn’t ”use two days” of that ticket. You could use two separate one-pack, one-day tickets (though that would be expensive).

If you have a multi-day ticket, without park hopping, you can only use it for one park each calendar day and you can only “spend” one park day off of your ticket per calendar day.
