Multiple home resorts possible

If we buy 150 points at AKV and 50 points at BCV can both be home reorts and be able to book 11 months out? Can we combine the points for the 2 resorts and use 200 points at either place? Any tricks to doing this?

yes, you would have 150 pts with a home resort preference at 11 months for AKV and 50 pts with a home resort preference at 11 months for BCV.

(OTOH you can use banking and borrowing to book 3*50=150 pts at BCV every third year but you are purchasing a real estate interest in separate resorts and can't ever use AKV pts to book BCV at 11 months.)

It's my understanding that you can make a reservation for up to 150 points at the 11 month mark at AKV and up to 200 points at AKV at the 7 month mark. You can make a reservation for up to 50 points at BCV at the 11 month mark or up to 200 points at BCV at the 7 month mark.

In other words, the 11 month home resort advantage is *only* for the amount of points at that particular resort, but you can use ALL of your points, regardless of what home resort they belong to, after the 7 month mark.

Through proper banking & borrowing you can use up to 3 years worth of points in one year.
Each resort's points can be banked & borrowed individually.
