Multiple home resorts????? Can you book all Points 11 months

I have noticed that you can by resale points in much smaller quantities than through DVC. If I buy 50 from SSR and 50 from HHI and 50 from AKV and 50 from OKW can I make a reservation at any of those resorts 11 months out and use all 200 points? Is this a good strategy? Has anyone else done this?

No, you wouldn't be able to do that. For example, you could only book at SSR with your 50 SSR points at 11 months. However, you could combine your 50 at SSR, 50 at OKW, and so on at the 7 month mark.

BTW, you CAN buy in small quantities with DVC, but those purchases must be add-ons to existing contracts.

Yes, you can make a reservation at all the home resorts at 11 months. It's a good strategy for some, not so good for others. Depends on your chances of combining later on. Some people have done it, others don't want to take a chance of having to move.

Does Disney get all your stuff to the new resort ala Magical Express style? Will all the guest have to do is check in and get keys?

A better strategy for a 50-50-50 type owner would be to bank and borrow and do a 150 point stay at each resort once every three years. That is really the way to make small contracts of multiple resorts work the best.
