My fiancee and I are planning a 2 week stay at AKV next year. My future brother-in-law and his wife are planning to stay with us but only for a week. So I was thinking of inviting my best friend and his wife to stay with us for the other week.

How would I go about booking that? Would I have to book 2 separate reservations or could I just give them all the names and which days they will be staying with us?

WE are in the same boat, we are staying 3 weeks at BCV and have several different people coming over this time all using the Magical Express.
I only made one reservation and gave the name and dates that each of the others will be coming...no problem at all:cool2:

im in a similar boat, me and my wife, her sister and boyfriend and her mum and dad are all going out in may to stay at AKL using my points, im using 3 separate bookings and 3 studios for the trip as i'm unfriendly in the morning before coffee, im also going with 3 rental cars as we like to peal off during the day and meet up for dinner/wishes to catch up.

:thumbsup2

We had a similar situation last January and handled by getting a full cleaning done between guests. We did NOT want the dining plan, so no problems there. It did cost us for the full cleaning, but it meant clean linens for the incoming guests and a mde up room for them. I told MS about the arrangement when we booked, and one guest was on the list for the first part of the trip and 3 others for the last part.

That's funny that MS treats this situation differently. I was told by MS that I had to make two separate reservations when I recently tried to put different persons' names on the stay. I had my sister and brother in law in the room for 6 days and had them also set up to fly out with Magical Express on the same day that I had others coming in later. So it should have been obvious that two were leaving and two more were arriving, but no overlap of days.
They told me that no more than 4 persons' names could be on the reservation, even though some were leaving and some arriving later. We were not on the DDP that week, so that should not have been a factor.

I have done it also with people coming and going on ME but we have always had a 2 BR so never wemt over the room limit on the reservation and weren't doing the DDP. I think the key is what size unit you have. Even if there are people coming and going you can't put 6 names on a studio or 1 BR reservation.

Just make one reservation and then go to the front desk and change the guests when the new people arrive. The only issue is if DDP is involved or ME and then you likely need separate reservations but can request to stay in the same unit if applicable.
