What about people trying to make ADR's before the hours come out? I can see myself making reservations at different parks on the same day for this reason. I don't get hoppers, and would be out of luck. As soon as the hours come out, I will cancel the ones I don't need
Personally I find making two ADR reservations, just because you don't know what you will be doing, to be a selfish and inconsiderate practice. Doing so has the mentality of I'm more important and special than anyone else -- as long as I get what I want no one else matters.
Just my opinion....

Does anyone ever make more than one dinner reservation per night? What I mean is if you have one that you think is too early, schedule a different one at another location, and then cancel once you get to WDW.
Thanks.

True, but it would give someone walking up to the restaurant an opening to get in. I'm sure Disney doesn't lose out when someone cancels a reservation.
But that's VERY different from making two reservations then cancelling one the day before, or the day of, or just not showing up.What about people trying to make ADR's before the hours come out? Thank you.I agree with you,Jason.
Disney doesn't lose out, but other people trying to make reservations would, if people were to do this all the time.
I'm not talking about this particular person holding two for what seems to be a reasonable reason on only one night.
I tried to get into Chef Mickey's, CRT and 1900 Park Fare and couldn't at 2 months before our trip. I know they book early and I don't mind if all those people who booked before me, actually do plan to eat there, but it would be frustrating to know we missed out because somebody double booked a bunch of reservations on purpose and then cancelled last minute the one they decided they didn't feel like using.
