Multiple concierge rooms - who sends in the shoreside requests?

My sister and I have three concierge staterooms booked on the Dream later this year. My parents are in a 1 bed and my sister and I have the regular concierge staterooms immediately adjacent on each side of my parents. I am the lead for my stateroom and my parents. My sister has only her stateroom. (My parents don’t know we are sailing concierge - we are celebrating their 50th anniversary).

Our shoreside concierge email window opens at midnight tonight. I had emailed shoreside a while ago to ask how we should coordinate requests and I didn’t hear back.

Right now my sister and I are both planning to send in requests at midnight, with one major overlap - a family cabana. We’re hoping that sending in two requests (and having 3 concierge rooms) will help our chances, but are we actually just confusing things?

With respect to requests like Remy champagne brunch - can I send in a request for the 5 adults in the 3 staterooms? Or will they make my sister do her own reservation for her stateroom? Same question for mixology, champagne tasting, etc.

You can have one person do it. I managed all the requests for two rooms. However, I did this all requests, not just a subset.

In any event, send in your requests referencing all reservation numbers. They'll do their best If they have questions they will reach out and ask.

Also, if you are requesting a cabana make sure to send your request exactly at 12:00 Eastern. If you send it early you will go to the back of the line. Many email programs offer scheduled sending.
