Multi Park Season Pass

I'm going to be in WDW 3 times within 1 year (7 days each) and want to get info on a season's pass. I'll need one for me and my wife, and one each for a 4 and 5 year old. I live in PA. Do you have to be a FLA resident? Can these be bought anywhere or only thru Disney? Do any of the vacation clubs' discounts apply to season passes? Thanks in advance.

Since you are not a resident of Florida, the only "season" passes available to you are the "regular" annual pass or the "regular" premium annual pass. The Disney Club provides the only discount on those passes. (The Disney Vacation Club will give you a 10% discount only on Ultimate Park Hoppers (formerly known as Length of Stay Pass)).
