We have two memberships and for a couple of months now our pending vacation display has been screwed up. Only one memberships pending reservations are displayed. Each time I call MS I get a different answer.:sad2:

"The website is correct, it's a new format"
"No one else is reporting a problem so it must just be you"
"I think I read a email about this a few months ago but I deleted it"
"We are aware of the problem and we don't know when it will get fixed"

Anyone else with multiple memberships having the same trouble?

I'm having this problem too....

I had a thread around here somewhere on the problem....

It doesn't seem like Disney is fixing it. They didn't get back to me either despite 4 or 5 phone calls.

I am no one else... I reported it.

I think your last one is the CORRECT response.

I have decided to email DVC every few days from now until????? I encourage the rest of you with this issue to do the same. Maybe DVC will be able to get the worst IT shop for a company that size to do something. (I think they are busy screwing up the dining reservations and preparing "on line check in" More things that won't work either!)

I've emailed them twice. Although I hadn't thought about keeping it up since I have written confirmations for all three of my upcoming trips, it might not be a bad idea :thumbsup2

I don't like it when they break and fix things. Points disappear and reappear somewhere else. They have no explanation and they have a manager do a manual override to restore the points.

I have lost my trust and faith that Member Services is capable of keeping an accurate track of our accounts.

Nothing is incorrect on our accounts, but, yes. I'm having problems, too. If I go through enough menus and do a search for a date range, I can eventually see my VB reservation this summer. I really do have to dig for it, though. :sad2:

Defects with moderate to high customer impact should be taken care of immediately. To everyone's point, it's frustrating, ruins credibility, and causes extra work for Disney's phone teams, managers and IT teams. This one is probably at the bottom of the food chain though, given they have a few big projects going on right now (RCI updates, new dining reservation system, and on-line check-in). :confused3
