Multi Grain Bread?

I see some of the places, like CHH and the Plaza use multi grain bread. Does anyone know if you can request wheat or white bread? I don;t eat nuts and sometimes nuts are in the multi grains. I'm just not sure if CS makes changes to their menus like at TS,

Yes you could. WDW restaurants are very used to these type of requests and are happy to accomodate them. I know I requested just plain wheat for something for my son once and it was fine. Many people are allergic to nuts so they probably get this one all the time.
