Multi-day express pass wording "one time" per day or per ticket?

I'm looking at the multi-day express pass option for all three parks. (either 2 day or 3 day in my case).
The wording says "The 3-Day Universal Express Pass entitles one (1) guest one (1) time express ride access at participating rides and attractions within Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Epic Universe." Which leaves me wondering if that means one time access across all three days (Express Gringotts once and once only) or one time access each of the three days (Express Gringotts one time per day for a total of three).

The way it is written seems to imply the former, but the pricing seems to support the latter. (Who the heck would pay for a 5 day express pass, if the former interpretation is how it works!?) But for 2 days of express, the pricing isn't out of whack even if it was strictly limited to one ride across the two days.

If anyone can clarify for me, I'd appreciate it.
