Hi All,

My family and I traveled to Disney last October for the first time. My kids at that time were 12, 9,7 and 4. They all did really well ( except for a few meltdowns by the four year old!) We hit most every ride and had a great trip!

We are now DVC members and will be traveling again next Spring Break. Wondering since they will be 14, 10, 8 and 5 and I think the younger set will be fine but I am a bit worried about my oldest getting bored doing stuff with his younger siblings. Think he will be pretty good, just wondering if anyone has thoughts on how to do deal with kids of all ages!

FYI- we will be doing 2 days at Sea World and Aquatica and the rest of the time at Disney for a 6 night stay.

trust me the 14 year old will not be bored. there are tons of roller coasters for him to try and maybe you can let him pick a place for you guys to eat at one day

Our children are 11 years apart in age. Once DD11 came along, DH and I frequently split up on family vacations. It was a good way to spend time with one child and everyone was happy. DS23 doesn't often travel with us anymore but when he does we still sometimes split up.

We hit every single coaster last time and Cole ( my oldest) loved them all. It was mostly me and the boys and my DH and daughter (DH doesn't do the coaster thing)

Wondering if Disney Quest might be an option for one evening. I know touring plans has some good options for "happy families". So....we shall see. Of course I do have almost a year to plan this!!
