Mugs ?

What's the latest debate over returning to WDW with previous trips mugs?
I have mine packed, is this still allowed?

We were at the Polynesian last week and there were some people there with a different mug than the one they sold us. I don't know how old they were. Also, there was a woman refilling a Carribean Beach mug at the Poly.
No one seemed to pay any attention.

This question has been hashed and re-hashed here. The result is always the same.

The official word from Disney Management is that the mugs are good for the length of stay. (And some posters say if you re-use your old mugs you are cheating and stealing)

The word of mouth from the CMs is they are good forever. (And some posters say as long as the CMs say it is ok - they are right in doing so.)

You should each do what you think is ok and leave it at that.

Please do not turn this thread into another debate that has no resolution.

i posted a reply to this thread that said," dear moderator just because this subject has been"hashed and rehashed" why would you tell people not to debate it. many who are new to this site need to know the answer to this question. thats what these boards are for, chill!!!!" the moderator saw fit to delete my reply. tell me why you did that and should i worry that you will come to my house and burn my books because you dont like the subject matter.

I am not sure why the post was deleted but I am guessing Trekker doesn't want it debated here because this is NOT the debate board.
