You might try the standalone muffin cups made of silicone. They stack with each other and scrunch up pretty easily, so they don't take much space in the suitcase. Set them on the cookie sheet, fill them up with batter, and carefully put the whole thing in the oven. :thumbsup2

Where do you find the specific lists of what is supposed to be in the rooms? We will be staying in a two bedroom at VGF, and I would love to know exactly what we will have there.

A two bedroom is usually just a 1 bedroom and a studio, so that list of the 1 bedroom from BLT should be pretty close. If it has a connecting studio, you could technically add a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster to the total list.

Great idea! :thumbsup2

A cheaper disposable alternative would be to buy the Reynold's muffin cups that come with a foil liner - you can use them without a muffin pan. Then toss! The pack is so small you could put it in your luggage or carry-on (same size as the disposable paper cupcake liners, but they have a foil cup in between each paper liner). They maybe cost a buck or two.
