If nobody chooses to be Ferb, is it OK that I be both Phineas & Ferb? Ferb doesn't really talk much and you can't have Phineas without Ferb (especially when Candace & Perry are both there as well)...

First, save the picture to your computer.
Go to user cp in the top left of your screen.
Click edit avatar on the side.
Then scroll down and there should be an option to use a picture saved to your computer as your avatar.
Click browse and select the picture.
Then click save changes.
