Hey guys...I know we are running and biking early in the morning on Saturday, but just wanted to let you know the high temp for Saturday in Orlando is 97 degrees (103 in the AK). Make sure to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I'm looking forward to the heat..It was a long winter!

I've finished packing for the Muddy Buddy tonight. I have a separate bag for all of my Muddy Buddy stuff.

Here's the list of what I packed for the race.
1 Bike Helmet
1 pair Tennis Shoes
3 pairs of socks - 2 pair for the race and 1 for after the race
2 pairs of shorts - 1 pair for the race and 1 pair for after the race
1 T-shirt - for after the race
1 towel - To towel off after the race
1 water bottle - For during the race on the bike
1 bottle of Motrin - For after the race
Our race T-shirts are waiting for us at our resorts. (Thanks Kathy)

Hey Guys, I just got an email from Muddy Buddy that says Packet pickup is from 12-7 on Friday night. I just checked the website and it says on the Orlando page 12-7 now. I know I saw 12-8 some where, but now everything I'm reading is 12-7.

Paul, you want me to give you a call tomorrow? We might have to pickup Saturday morning and just do our Wal-Mart run Friday night.

Well...That sorta stinks. That kind of puts me in a tough spot as well. Dave I will call you when we arrive at the Orlando airport and let you know what I plan on doing. Getting to WWoS by 7:00 maybe tough.
