Much to be thankful for, today, tomorrow, always....a Thanksgiving wish

As we celebrate Thanksgiving today, wishing everyone a wonderful day with family and friends. Be safe, be respectful, be thankful. Say hello to somebody you don't know, give a hug to somebody you do know (or be daring, hug that somebody you don't know). Enjoy your blessings, be they large or small. We really do have much to be thankful for, today, tomorrow and always. We can be hopeful in the coming days and year. Keep the memories of those not with us in person this year front and center. Keep that spirit going the whole year through, it's a winner. Enjoy the day, enjoy the Season.

Ah, @Dan Murphy... Thank you for reminding us, once again, that despite our differences and disagreements, we are all far more alike than we sometimes realize. Thanks for keeping us all grounded and together, and making the DISboards such a lovely community to be a part of. Happy thanksgiving to you and yours!!

[I cannot listen to that song as I always associate it with my best friend, who we lost to pancreatic cancer when she was barely 34, back in 1988. I've lived an entire lifetime without her, but I do believe she is by my side forevermore, and I'm thankful for that.]
