MTV question in NYC......

Hi Dis friends,



This Wednesday, I'm taking my eldest son and daughter to NYC, we'll be in the Times Square area all day, do a broadway and a restaurant.

I thought I heard that MTV shows the people walking by and waving to the camera.

Does anybody know what time this is and where exactly the street address is??

Not sure about walking by and waving... but you can't miss it, it's in the middle of Times Square.

I think what you're referring to is TRL (Total Request Live) from the MTV studio in Times Square. It's on live starting at 3:30 everyday, and kids crowd outside hoping to get picked to go upstairs to the actual studio, which has a glass wall so from outside you can see the stars inside. MTV also has 2 cameras outside getting crowd reaction as the TRL show plays on a big screen.

The only problem is that you're going Wednesday, and TRL is currently shut down for the season. If you go by Times Square, you can see the Studio if you look up, but there won't be any outside action going on. But it's still coll to go by there. Good luck, and have fun!

Trl only tapes Monday and Tuesday nowdays. It is two shows a day taped. It has went down dramatically in ratings because of society changing.

the actual address is 1515 broadway. Theres an MTV store there too.
