Tickets are usually out in May, you can buy them on the disney.com site or over the phone.

you can order them online at the disney site (usa) or you can phone disney up and order them. available usually from May

Kev as the other posters have said on the phone from late May but we've found that online is normally slightly later,the begining of June & you normally have the passes inside 10 days.
