I've been having problems with my MSN Messenger. When I restart my computer I can't get onto MSN. When I troubleshoot it says that the "key ports" are the problem. I hit the repair button, but it doesn't do any good. What I've learned to do is to reinstall it (without taking the old one off) and it will then give me the option of repairing it, which I do and it then works. But of course that takes awhile to do and is a hassle.
Have any of you had this problem? If so, what have you done to correct it? I have version 8.1, if that makes any difference. I don't really know if it's an MSN problem or a problem with my computer.
