MSEP or more F&W?

We are going to WDW in October. Due to the Halloween party, the nights disney has night time entertainment is limited. We are doing the Wishes Dessert party but the view of the parade is very limited so I planned to catch the MSEP on our Seaworld day. We have 3 days planned at MK plus the Halloween Party. We have a full day at EPCOT planned plus the morning/afternoon on our Halloween party day. We are not doing hoppers. DH and I are big foodies, my husband suggested skipping the parade and doing the evening at F&W fest. I think my toddler would love the parade though. Which would you choose?

Travelers include 3 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 11

F&W.

We were there last Oct. My kids (8 and 3 at the time) liked the MSEP, but when we reminisce about the trip, it does not come up. They do mention the food, and how they want to try more things from around the world.

We have no plans to make an effort to catch either the MSEP or Wishes this time around.

BUT.. my kids are weird!

I would say F&W. I just don't like the MSEP. We've seen it twice in all our trips (second time we saw it was because I couldn't believe it was as bad as I thought it was after the first time....it was). We used to make it a point to see Spectromagic 1-2 times every trip, but MSEP I just don't really care for and would rather do other things. Just my opinion though, many people love it.
