MSEP FP+ vs Wishes FP+

I'm trying to decide what is the better use of FP+ for a family. What is the better option? Suggestions please!

A) get FP+ for 1st MSEP & stay put for castle projection show & Wishes (maybe try to move back a little for Wishes)

B) get FP+ for Wishes & then move to Main St for castle projection show & 2nd MSEP

Are you going at a very busy time? Frankly, I don't like the MSEP, but most of the floats with the characters are quite high in the air, so you don't need to be within the first row to see it, IMO. We watched MSEP and Wishes from near the partner statue and had no problem seeing anything. We arrived at 6:30 for a 7pm MSEP, 7:45 Celebrate the Magic show and 8:00 Wishes.

ETA: If I were to FP+ either, I use it on Wishes because I love Wishes so much, but I don't know if I think it's necessary unless you're going at a busier time.

I'm sorry I can't help from experience as I have not used FP+ yet, but if it helps, based on information I've been gleaning from the boards over the past few months, my intention is to book FP+ for the parade and stay where I am for Wishes. It either works or it doesn't but I'm willing to put a FP on the line for it.

The practical reason why I prefer it this way is we are going to be there at a busy time and having spent plenty evenings between parade and fireworks on a jam packed Main Street, I know how long it takes to try navigate from one part of the park to another during this time and the prospect of having to battle through crowds from wherever we watch the parade to get to the FP fireworks spot is not something that excites me.
