MSB Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

I'm so looking forward to trying an ice cream sandwich at Main St. Bakery for the first time on our trip in September. I was hoping someone could tell me what the cookies are like. Are they chewy and soft or hard and crunchy? I personally don't like crunchy cookies and if that's how they are I probably won't get one. Any info you have would be great! TIA!!

the earlier in the day you go, the softer your cookie will likely be! They tend to be a little more crunchy in the evenings. All the times I've ever had them, I've never had one that was super soft or super hard. If you find it a little too crunchy, just let the ice cream melt into it a little!

We had one in March and it was very good, crispy crunchy cookie with awesome ice cream

I think the cookie ice cream sandwich at Sleepy Hollow by the Christmas store in MK is much better. The cookies are thicker and softer with more chocolate chips.

It does taste as good as it looks in that photo! We had one at about 11 in the AM and it had a slight crunch to it. Definitely not the shoewy kind... but not super crunchy.

Well from the 2 bites DH allowed me YES IT WAS AWESOME!

The more the ice cream sat the softer the cookie was, the edges were nice and crunchy but the middle had softened up a lot

Oh and you can have one or two scoops of ice cream, we had one which was plenty and you can pick what kind of ice cream you want.
