The online system is working now, but usual possibilities:
1. Often during early morning hours between 1 and 5 Eastern, it is down for a couple hours for maintenance.
2. You are having one of the usual browser problems it has, much more so with Apple products than others, which DVD has never bothered to fix despite numerous complaints. What can usually alleviate it is one or more of the following: (a) change browsers; (b) clear the browsing history in the browser; (c) clear all browsing data -- history, cache, cookies; (c) restart computer after doing b or c.
