Does anyone here actually use Member Services for booking flights and rental cars? It would be hassle free to just use them, but would you save more money in the long run doing it yourself?

Since we tend to fly SW, MS couldn't match them in price, especially with SW's Dings. We never rent a car at WDW, but I just used a SW promo (Hertz) and got an amazing deal on our spring trip to Texas! I've never checked whether SW has promos for Orlando.
I do have friends (non-DVC) who have used Disney to arrange their whole trip. They found it to be very efficient and stress-free; MS may be the same. But...............these friends were happy to pay big $$ for the service.
