Well,
I am one of them people who just HAVE to call MS today and get all my points straightened out.

I talked to this nice CM named Roxanne who is just all smiles while "fixing" my points.

Had to cancel 4 nights of my stay, discuss possibility of using them before they expire, and finally have the points banked to next year (even when I'm waaaay past my banking time).

I had to wait 7 min to have someone on the phone but it was all worth it. Was on the phone for almost 50mins to get everything done.

MS is nothing but awesome... Roxanne if you read this, thank you thank you thank you...

I hope everybody has as good of experience as I do today with MS. Please be patient as they are REALLY trying to help all of us who are in a jam because of Frances...

I too had to call MS today to get my points straightend out.
The CM was awesome.
I have rebooked my trip for the end of OCT.
Im so excited.
Thanks MS and thanks everyone for being patient and understanding.
 
I too had a pleasant experience with MS this morning. Instead of six days at Xmas, we are extending our stay to 12 days. This change was also due to Frances. Also, we were able to change our SWA reservations to accommodate our extended stay without a change penalty.
