MS Reservations?

My MIL saw on a tv show right after ms opened that you will need reservations if you want to ride on NYE or NYD. Anyone heard this? The only thing I can think of is a fast pass.

I've never heard of this one. I will be at EPCOT tonight and will try to find out.

They told me last night that there is no way for them to make reservations for the ride. The only thing that they will be doing is expanding the available time for fast passes.
